Mold Damage – Sandy Springs Laundry Room

Mold damage occurred at this Sandy Springs home with a simple hose leak in the laundry room. The leak was not visible. Thus it went undetected for quite a while. The water just wicked into the drywall. When the wallboard became saturated, some water leaked onto the floor and was thus discovered. SERVPRO was called to clean up the water. When we arrived on the scene, we followed procedure and used hi-tech detection devices to measure the extent of the water damage to the building materials. We arrived at the conclusion that there was mold damage in addition to the water damage. We proceeded to remediate both the water and mold damage.
